At Becky & Co. Medical Foot Care, we believe everyone deserves access to professional foot care, regardless of their financial circumstances.
We are proud to offer free foot care clinics for low-income clients at our Canotek Road location in Ottawa East. These clinics are provided by student foot care nurses as part of their hands-on clinical education.
The student clinics are offered at our Canotek location only and are separate from our regular medical foot care appointments and Ottawa-wide home visit services.
Supporting Students While Supporting Our Community
Our student foot care clinics create a wonderful opportunity to support both the next generation of foot care nurses and members of our community who may have difficulty accessing professional foot care.
Student nurses gain valuable hands-on clinical experience while providing foot care within an appropriate supervised learning environment.
At the same time, eligible community members can access professional foot care at no cost.
It's a win for education, a win for our students and, most importantly, a win for our community.
