Hands-On Clinical Days
Our program includes 3 days of supervised clinical learning designed to give you the skills and confidence to provide safe, professional foot care.
Day 1 β Observation & Orientation
Shadow an experienced RN as they provide real client care in both clinic and/or home visit settings
Observe charting, billing, and client communication in practice
Review essential tools and equipment used in advanced foot care
Learn the autoclave process and how to reprocess critical instruments according to Public Health guidelines
Day 2 β Mixed Learning
A balance of shadowing and hands-on practice
Begin working directly with clients under RN supervision
Continue observing a variety of cases in both clinic and home visit settings
Practice infection control, tool handling, and treatment techniques with guidance
Day 3 β Full Hands-On
Provide complete client care from assessment to treatment under supervision
Gain confidence in performing full treatments independently in a supportive environment
Refine charting, documentation, and client education skills
